padre pio and st bosco 教:

Don't work on Sunday
The time the Blessed Virgin Mary reaped hay to let a little girl rest( do not work on Sunday)
This beloved story from Northern Italy tells of a miraculous apparition when Our Lady came to the aid of a little girl.
This story of faith comes to us from Porzus, a small town in northern Italy, almost bordering Slovenia. The protagonist is a well-behaved little girl named Teresa Dush.
Teresa was born on September 11, 1845, in Porzus, and was baptized on the same day. Her parents, Giuseppe Dush and Caterina Grimaz, had been married for 18 years before the child arrived, so they considered her a great gift from God.
They were a very poor family and lived on a steep and rocky land where the harvest was scarce and the landscape was only meadows and pastures.
Although Teresa had very fragile health, she never complained about the fatigue caused by the work she had to do with her parents. At the age of 9, she began to take catechism lessons with the pastor of her church, and was always attentive to what he taught.
An event that changed the whole town
On September 8, 1855, the feast of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary (a holy day of obligation at the time), three days short of Teresa's 10th birthday, an extraordinary event took place that would forever mark the entire city of Porzus.
Caterina, the girl's mother, had completely forgotten about that holy day of obligation, which in that year fell on Saturday. The complication was that the next day was Sunday, and both were days on which, by Church teaching, they should abstain from labor – but they had not collected enough hay to feed the animals.
Obviously they could not leave the poor animals without food for two days, so Caterina called Teresa and told her to go and cut some hay in the meadow.
The girl timidly reminded her mother that she had learned in catechism that Catholics should not work on holy days. Her mother understood, but replied, "If we eat, the animals must also eat."
Full of doubts, the girl obeyed her mother and went to the meadow, asking for guidance from the Virgin Mary whom she loved so much. As soon as she raised the sickle to cut the hay, she felt someone take it out of her hand.
She looked up and saw a beautiful Lady, who with a sweet voice said to her:
"You shouldn't work on this holy day! Here, this will do," cutting some hay and handing it to the girl.
Then she added, "Tell everyone to sanctify the name of the Lord and not to blaspheme, because in doing so they offend my Son and wound my maternal Heart. Moreover, I want days of fasting and vigils to be observed."
Quickly the news spread throughout the city. She answered the villagers who did not believe what she said: "Tell Our Lady to give you another sign."
The "other sign" was not long in coming
The following Sunday, while Teresa was in church, the Virgin Mary appeared to her again. She was next to the altar wearing a dress covered with roses, and she called to the girl.
The girl fearfully approached her. All her friends and everyone who was in the church saw the girl participate in a long conversation, but didn’t see anything else.
She left the church in ecstasy and later said that the Virgin had accompanied her home, and that before leaving, she left her a gift. This gift was the sign that the villagers had asked for: the mark of a cross shining like gold, about 2 inches long, imprinted on the back of the girl's left hand.
This sign could be seen by everyone, and no matter how hard they tried to clean the cross off Teresa's hand, it would not go away; in fact, it became even brighter.
The Virgin Mary later continued to give private revelations to Teresa, who eventually became a religious, living a life of devotion, humility, and obedience.
Her health had always been precarious, but eventually she was diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis. During the "Calvary" of her illness, the cross on her hand became red, and when she died (she was not yet 25 years old), it became white.
The sanctuary dedicated to Our Lady of Health
After the first apparition, the people began to observe an unusual phenomenon at the site of the vision: The meadow was always in bloom, and in the winter when it snowed, it melted at that spot before anywhere else. They started gathering there every Sunday to pray the Holy Rosary.
In 1885 they decided to build a small chapel, and in 1886 they put up a picture depicting the scene of the apparition, with a message written on the top: "Keep the feast days holy. Do not blaspheme, and observe fasts and vigils."Sunday)

Become holy
Greatest saint ?
Want to become a Greatest saint? Start with the smallest things. And remember the greatest commandment: love God and love your neighbor.
Even adultery contains an element of love, but it's a distorted love for one's neighbor, and a complete lack of love for God.
Love God first, then love your neighbor.
God loves purity; cultivate purity before walking the path of loving your neighbor.
If you lack even your own chastity before loving your neighbor, you will only commit grave sins and ultimately betray God.
The smallest sacrifices: in your food and drink, in your daily necessities, try to put effort on them.
Love God and love your neighbor: from prayer, helping others, to even the great act of being persecuted for God, suffering physical pain without complaint or hatred towards God.
When you experience various illnesses and misfortunes in your life, don't be surprised; all the greatest saints experience them, unless they are ordinary saints who suffer much less.
But basic nutrition is essential; don't deliberately suffer and then say that you are a greatest saint when you're sick.
Fasting: Observe the fasts and abstinence rules of the catholic Church and the medjugorje fasting. Medjugorje fasting is sufficient for two days a week. Adequate nutrition is essential.
When you stumble and fall in pain, don't think you can't become sanctified. As long as you continue to ask and keep getting up, God wants you to become a saint even more than you do yourself.
Sanctification requires reading the Bible. The five books of Moses and the Prophets books of the Old Testament, and the Gospels of the New Testament, are essential reading.
Even Mary, the Mother of God, was made holy by reading these and listening to the teachings of Jesus.
St padre pio
St. John Bosco once said, "My secret to chastity is to be busy all my life, so busy that I don't even have enough time to sleep, and to keep myself from seeing or hearing anything that is not chaste."
Catholic church has many different kinds of prayer. Pray whenever you have spare time. Keep yourself busy.
St. Padre Pio also agreed, saying: "The secret to chastity is to fill your daily schedule with a lot of activities. Read the holy book whenever you have spare time."
St frances de sales 是incorruptible saint. 他在“ the secret of sanctity " 一書指出, 不要過多睡眠。
Our Lady of Medjugorje said that modern television programs are very impure. She told us to turn off the TV. In Western countries, many people throw away their televisions because of Our Lady of Medjugorje suggestion.
I personally only watch television news and good videos on YouTube. I don't watch television programs.
St. Francis de France is an incorruptible saint. In his book "The Secret of Sanctity," he points out that one should not sleep too much. 7-8 hours a day is sufficient. Avoid afternoon naps. Short rests are acceptable. For the sick, afternoon naps are unavoidable. Lying on bed always leads to impure thoughts. Get up as soon as you get up in the morning; don't toss and turn in bed.
Greatest saint
Many renowned saints experienced severe spiritual dryness, interior darkness, and voluntary or actual poverty, though holiness is defined by persevering charity rather than a strict requirement of lifelong destitution or perpetual despair.

Yes, St. Francis of Assisi is widely considered one of the greatest and most beloved saints in Christian history.
Why He is Regarded as a Great Saint
• Radical Poverty: He abandoned a wealthy life as a merchant's son in Italy to embrace total poverty, humility, and service to the poor.
Saint Carlo Acutis is not traditionally ranked among the "greatest" or most historically influential saints of the Catholic Church—such as St. Augustine, St. Thomas Aquinas, or St. Francis of Assisi—but he is celebrated as a pioneering modern figure and the first millennial saint.
Relatability: He lived a short, ordinary teenage life—playing video games, loving soccer, eating Nutella, and wearing jeans and sneakers—while maintaining a deep daily devotion to the Eucharist.
Yes, St. Teresa of Ávila is widely considered one of the greatest and most influential saints in Christian history.

how to have heroic virtue to become a greatest saint
how to have heroic virtue to become a greatest saint
Heroic virtue means practicing Christian virtues in an eminent, steady, and extraordinary way through the cooperation of God's grace, rather than performing rare or mythical stunts.
The Core Virtues of Heroic Life
In Catholic theology and the formal canonization process, heroic virtue is divided into two main categories:
• The Theological Virtues: Faith, hope, and charity (love). These are directed straight toward God.
• The Cardinal Virtues:
• Prudence: Choosing the right and holy action in any given situation.
• Justice: Giving God and your neighbors what is due to them.
• Fortitude (Courage): Staying strong and cheerful when facing trials, persecutions, or personal suffering.
• Temperance: Controlling personal desires, anger, and unruly impulses.
According to historical and theological standards (such as those outlined by Pope Benedict XIV and the Dicastery for the Causes of Saints), these virtues must be lived out habitually, freely, promptly, generously, and perseveringly until the end.
How to Cultivate Heroic Virtue Day-to-Day
Saints are rarely made through sudden, massive leaps of willpower; they are forged in ordinary, daily choices.
• Start with Small Consistency: Big virtues grow from tiny, faithful habits—such as ten minutes of daily prayer, patience in traffic, or biting your tongue when annoyed—rather than waiting for a dramatic moment.
• Do Small Duties Perfectly: As Archbishop Fulton Sheen noted, sainthood is built through present-moment choices and performing small chores and acts of love with total perfection.
• Rely on God’s Grace: You cannot achieve heroic virtue by sheer human willpower or pride. True virtue requires admitting personal weakness and letting God’s strength work through you (2 Cor. 12:8–10).
• Embrace Daily Asceticism: Rid yourself of laziness, vanity, gossip, and procrastination by making small acts of self-denial out of love for God.
To preserve celibacy
To preserve celibacy, you need to manage your environment, control your focus, and build daily habits that support your choice. [1, 2]
Avoid Triggers and Temptation
Screen and Media Control: Limit or stop watching explicit videos, reading romantic or sexual material, and scrolling through content that sparks physical desires. [1]
Compromising Situations: Stay away from environments or setups that lead to vulnerability (such as isolated late-night hangouts or high-temptation social scenes like bars). [1, 2]
Physical Boundaries: Be mindful of touch, closeness, and conversations around sexual topics with people you are attracted to. [1]
Redirect Energy and Stay Occupied
Keep Busy: Idleness often feeds unwanted urges. Fill your free time with new hobbies, career goals, or creative projects as outlined in guidance from Sugar.ng. [1]
Physical Exercise: Channel restless energy into workouts, running, or non-stimulating physical movement to release tension. [1]
Dietary Awareness: Practice moderation with heavy, rich, or overly stimulating foods, especially late at night. [1]
Strengthen Mindset and Support
Remind Yourself of Your "Why": Write down your core reasons—whether for spiritual devotion, mental clarity, personal growth, or emotional healing—and revisit them when urges strike. [1, 2, 3]
Find Accountability: Connect with a trusted friend, mentor, or community that respects your choice without judgment. [1, 2, 3]
Mindfulness and Discipline: Recognize that urges peak early on and tend to decrease over time as your routine stabilizes. [1, 2]
To live with the chastity of St. Thomas Aquinas
To live with the chastity of St. Thomas Aquinas, you can follow the spiritual practices, prayers, and daily disciplines associated with his life and the tradition of the Angelic Warfare Confraternity:
Key Practices for Preserving Chastity
• Control the Senses: Guard what you look at, listen to, and experience, withdrawing your senses from things that spark impure thoughts.
• Avoid Idleness and Distraction: Keep your mind and body occupied through prayer, study of Scripture, and hard work so you do not leave room for temptation.
• Practice Self-Denial: Exercise moderation with food and drink, and practice physical discipline like fasting to master bodily desires.
• Avoid Near Occasions of Sin: Stay away from situations, environments, or solitary interactions that test your resolve.
Daily Prayers of St. Thomas Aquinas
Remembered for his miraculous angelic girding for purity, St. Thomas and his followers utilized traditional prayers for chastity. You can find the full text of St. Thomas's Prayer for Chastity and the Prayer to St. Thomas for Purity in the referenced documents.
The Angelic Warfare Confraternity
Individuals seeking this path often join the Angelic Warfare Confraternity, a Dominican spiritual fellowship. Members wear a blessed fifteen-knotted cord or medal and commit to daily prayers and petitions for purity.
How to become a greatest saint
Becoming a great saint in the Catholic and Christian tradition is not about performing grand, flashy deeds; it is about faithful, everyday choices rooted in love for God and others.
When asked how to become a saint, St. Thomas Aquinas famously replied simply: "Desire it."
Core Steps to the Path of Holiness
• Start with Desire and Trust: Open your heart to God and ask for the desire to grow closer to Him, trusting that He wants this for you more than you do.
• Commit to Daily Prayer: Build a simple, consistent prayer habit rather than aiming for impossible standards right away. Start with a brief morning offering, daily scripture, or the Rosary.
• Embrace Small, Ordinary Acts (The "Little Way"): St. Thérèse of Lisieux taught that greatness comes from hiding small acts of virtue, patience, and kindness in daily life rather than seeking public recognition. Archbishop Fulton Sheen noted that sainthood is built through present-moment choices and small daily chores done with love.
• Focus on God's Mercy, Not Your Faults: Do not be discouraged by failure, weakness, or stumbling. As Pope Benedict XVI noted, God is less interested in how often you fall than in how often you pick yourself back up through His grace.
• Endure Trials with Love: Suffering and obstacles are part of the journey. Saints grew through family opposition, illnesses, or personal trials by uniting them to Christ.
Incorruptible saint
The Reality of "Incorruptibility"
• Not a Canonization Requirement: Sainthood is based on heroic virtue, a life of holiness, and verified miracles attributed to the person's intercession—never the physical state of their body after death.
• Not Always Miraculous: Modern science and the Church note that many bodies resist normal decay due to natural factors like dry climates, airtight tombs, soil chemistry, or past medical treatments. Other times, parts are artificially preserved with wax, oils, or silicone reconstructions for public veneration.

Our lady of success
For those religious and priests who suffer greatly in the 21st century, Our Lady of Success prophesied that they would have a very high place in Heaven. Therefore, a suffering priest can choose to retire in an early age, but should not commit suicide.
I oppose the idea that very great suffering equates to very great merit. Doing the following is sufficient: Do not be gluttonous (abstain from sweets and snacks; eat less meat but more fish), do not buy excessive necessities, do not be extravagant, be poor in spirit, follow the Gospel, be pure, pray a lot ,receive daily Communion, confess your sins regularly, regular donations, and read the Bible and holy books daily. Doing these things is already self-sacrifice, love for God and love for neighbor. Other pains will be granted by God for his purification or for the accumulation of his merits in heaven.

“Until the end of the world I will have holy daughters, heroic souls, in the obscure life of their convent, who, suffering persecutions and slanders from within their own community, will be much loved by God and His Mother.… Their lives of prayer, penance, and sacrifice will be extremely necessary in all times. After having spent their lives unknown to all, they will be called to heaven to occupy an exalted throne of glory.” She then revealed to Mother Mariana that hers would be a long and suffering life, but she bid her never lose courage.
Saying this, she placed the Infant Jesus in the humble virgin’s arms. Clasping Him tightly to her heart, Mother Mariana felt the strength to suffer all for His honor and glory and the good of souls.

skin care products
I believe women's skincare products should: Based on Hong Kong's 2026 standards, women's monthly skincare product spending should not exceed HK$50-100.(6-12 usd). Anti-aging products shouldn't be overused; simple skin protection and moisturizing are sufficient. However, two points must be emphasized: For skin protection, sun umbrellas and sunscreen are essential, just as American nuns also use them. Excessively pursuing whitening and anti-aging is simply vanity. Beauty comes when it comes, and aging comes so let it comes. However, I would like to suggest that whitening is necessary for some women. Some girls, whose parents didn't protect their skin when they were small. They become ugly when grown up. It's normal for them to use whitening products later in life. As for anti-aging? For me there's no need to focus too much on anti-aging. products.
Happy life
The Gospel: Blessed are the poor...
Blessed are the hungry...
Do not worry about tomorrow; you will have your own clothes and food...
Of course, we must work hard and not take things for granted. We should learn from St. Benedict and work every day to earn our bread.
But even while living a life of hard work, we should not be extravagant. For example, buying famous brands, too many clothes, or luxury skincare products is wrong.
The hungry refer to those who always fast. They will not indulge their cravings, eating many sweets, snacks, or meats. They will not go to eat out frequently. They will not go to fine dining restaurant. They will save money and practice dietary austerity.
You might think, "I always fast, I don't wear beautiful clothes, so is that my life in this secular world very painful?"
No, I am very happy. Although I have only a few friends and don't communicate much with my family, my happiness comes from prayer, meditation, reading the holy books ,doing good works, and attending Mass.
Medjugorje Mary said that those devoted children who truly pray and fast (that is, those who follow Our Lady's advice to confess their sins often and live a pure life) will experience the joy of Heaven in this life . She said to obtain this truly happy life one must pray. Of course, Our Lady also said that no one can enter Heaven without suffering. Our Lady told St. Bernadette, "I promise you happiness, but you will only experience it in eternal life."
Therefore, life has both joy and sorrow. It is not always sorrowful, nor is it always joyful.
Prayer, solitude, attending Mass, doing good deeds, meditating on the Passion of Jesus, reading the Holy books, following the Gospel (the Epistles of St. Paul are only for reference; we should first follow the Gospel of Jesus), evangelization, voluntary work... These things will keep you so busy that you won't allow yourself to think negative things. You will feel very happy if you do these. If you have spiritual marriage ( or called mystical marriage)with Jesus like the nuns and the priests, you will feel much more happier.
Spiritual marriage ( mystical marriage) : those who enter the secular institute can be espoused to Jesus , just like priests and nuns

Catholicism is too beautiful!
Catholicism: Catholicism is so beautiful. Male Catholics are steadfast, self-disciplined, silent, refrain from speaking ill of others, humble, solitary, loving but not boastful.
Catholic women are gentle, chaste, patient, pure of heart, introspective, praying, and obedient.
Compared to other Christian religions, Catholicism does not distort the Bible, does not create its own laws, does not deviate from the Gospel, and does not ignore the Old Testament's moral laws. Literary Old Testament laws are not observed; for example, the Old Testament prohibitions against making icons of God and the daily sacrifice of bulls and pouring of blood on the altar are not observed in the New Testament. Catholic catechism is the liturgy connecting the Old and New Testaments, calling on people to obey the teachings of God the Father (Old Testament) and God the Son Jesus.
Catholicism is so beautiful. The saints' works in Catholicism are flawless. Incredibly beautiful.
Catholicism is the only, most holy, and most catholic true Christian religion that follows the teachings of Jesus and God the Father.
How i read bible
Here are some points to share: Since converting to the catholic church, I have read both the Old and New Testaments once. To save time and for what is most beneficial to my soul, I do the following:
1. Read only the Moses five books, the Prophets, and the wisdom book in the Old Testament regularly and frequently.
2. Read only the four Gospels, the Epistles of Peter, James, and John, and the Book of Revelation in the New Testament frequently.
I also read the Epistles of Paul . I only read the RSV second catholic edition of Ignatius study bible old and new testament.
This may not be true for others; I'm only sharing my own experience.
I read many works and biographies of saints. They are as important as the Bible.
While I encourage people to study the Old Testament, I oppose male circumcision. This is a ceremonial law of the Old Testament, not a moral law. We should strive morally; adhering to the ceremonial teachings of the Catholic Church in the New Testament era is sufficient. Priests also say that circumcision is dangerous and unhygienic, making one susceptible to infection.
Ignatius study bible rsv second catholic edition.

St. Gabriel of Our Lady of Sorrows, incorruptible saint
St. Gabriel of Our Lady of Sorrows: The Young Man Who Gave Up His Old Life for Christ

the body of Saint Gabriel of Our Lady of Sorrows was found to be incorrupt when it was exhumed years after his death. [1]
Exhumation timeline: His body was examined decades after he passed away from tuberculosis in 1862. [1]
Reports from his cause for canonization noted that his bodily remains were preserved (incorrupt).
His sacred relics are now housed and venerated at the Sanctuary of St. Gabriel of Our Lady of Sorrows in Isola del Gran Sasso, Italy.
“I have given myself entirely to God.”
Born in Assisi in 1838, St. Gabriel of Our Lady of Sorrows was baptized in the very same baptismal font where St. Francis of Assisi had been baptized centuries earlier.
But Gabriel did not begin his life as the solemn religious people might imagine.
As a young man, he was charming, sociable, and well liked. He enjoyed the pleasures and attention that came with youth. He could spend hours in front of a mirror making sure he looked perfect before going to parties. He was known among his friends as something of a ladies' man, and he even dreamed of finding a young woman he could marry.
His life seemed headed in an ordinary direction.
Then everything changed.
Gabriel became seriously ill.
Faced with the possibility of death, he turned to God and prayed for healing. In his desperation, he made a promise: if God spared his life, he would leave his old way of living behind and enter religious life.
He recovered.
And Gabriel did not forget his promise.
He entered the Passionist religious order and took the name Gabriel of Our Lady of Sorrows, placing himself under the protection of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The young man who had once cared deeply about his appearance and worldly pleasures gradually became known for his humility, purity, charity, prayer, and deep love for Christ.
His conversion was not simply a change of clothing or surroundings. It was a change of heart.
Gabriel embraced religious life with remarkable joy and devotion. He became especially devoted to the Passion of Christ and to Our Lady of Sorrows, seeking to unite his own life and suffering with the suffering of Jesus.
Yet his health remained fragile.
He eventually contracted tuberculosis, the disease that would take his life. His illness became increasingly severe, and he grew weaker as the years passed.
He never became a priest.
On February 27, 1862, at only 23 years old, Gabriel died at the Passionist monastery in Isola del Gran Sasso, Italy.
His life had been short, but his transformation was extraordinary.
The young man who once dreamed of parties, romance, and worldly admiration had discovered something greater: a life completely given to God.
He had left behind the person he once was and found his identity in Christ and under the loving care of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
St. Gabriel of Our Lady of Sorrows was canonized in 1920 by Pope Benedict XV. He is remembered especially as a patron of young people and students.
His feast is celebrated on February 27—and on February 28 in leap years.
St. Gabriel of Our Lady of Sorrows, pray for us.
🙏❤️ May we have the courage to leave behind whatever keeps us from God and give our lives completely to Christ.
my spiritual experience
Here is my spiritual experience:
Don't ask others: How much do you pray daily, how much do you meditate, how much do you read the Bible, how many times do you receive Holy Communion, how much money do you donate?
Everyone's capacity is limited. Some are healthy, some have domestic helper(it's better if they don't have, as this is even poorer in spirit), some have no children, some have parents who take care of everything, some are retired, some are smarter and have earned a lot of money; the good deeds they do vary.
A patient with many illnesses, needing dialysis, daily injections and medication, spends more time resting and sleeping than a nun, so the nun does more than him.
So, since he prays less than others, and he can only donate little , then he cannot become sanctified?
No.
The most important things are:
1. Pray daily for your own sanctification, even if you fail repeatedly.
2. Accept the pain of being inferior to others , cultivate humility daily
3. Accept the suffering of life and physical illness.
4. Act of contrition before sleep. Repent sincerely. If you cannot receive Holy Communion in mass, pray for spiritual communion.
5. Maintain your purity and innocence, and do confession regularly, at least once every two weeks.
6. Learn to let go. Focus solely on your spiritual practice and don't compare yourself to others.
What harm does comparing yourself to others do?
Jealousy, hatred, malice, despondency, loss of motivation for sanctification, resentment towards God, cessation of good deeds, alienation from God, hatred of the world, and seeking out Buddhist books, leading to demonic harassment.
Don't ask others how they cultivate virtue, and don't boast. If you have questions, buy some holy books and read them yourself. Keep your holiness in your own heart; there's no need to share it with everyone. Some people will smile and say nice things to you, but will try to take an opportunity in the future to harm you , causing you to sin greatly. After you sin, you may still thank them wholeheartedly ,which will only make the devils' plans more successful.
Most importantly, do your best in everything you can to sanctify yourself, using your natural gifts of health or any ailments you may have. Don't share with others everything about yourself, especially your sanctity ; solitude may sometimes is the safest place.

THE 100 REQUIEM PRAYER
DEVOTION TO THE HOLY SOULS IN PURGATORY
THE 100 REQUIEM PRAYER
(Blessed Ana Maria Taigi was very devoted to the souls in Purgatory. She was generous in giving suffrages to the souls by praying 100 Requiem. She testifies that through this prayer she obtains many heavenly favors in different circumstances and for various needs.)
Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord And let perpetual light shine upon them.
May they rest in peace. Amen. (10 times)
Holy souls of Purgatory, pray to God for me and I will ask the Father to give you the glory of Paradise.
1. My Jesus, I offer you for the benefit of the souls in Purgatory, the merits of your sufferings endured for our redemption. I start by contemplating the Blood that oozed out from your Body due to the sadness and anguish that you experienced in the Garden of Gethsemane.
Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord And let perpetual light shine upon them.
May they rest in peace. Amen. (10 times)
Holy souls of Purgatory, pray to God for me and I will ask the Father to give you the glory of Paradise.
2. My Jesus, I offer you for the souls of Purgatory, the admirable patience with which You endure the torture of those vile soldiers who led yout o Annas, Caiaphas, Pilate, and Herod, to give you more insult they dressed you up in purple amid the mockeries and insults of the people.
Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord And let perpetual light shine upon them.
May they rest in peace. Amen. (10 times)
Holy souls of Purgatory, pray to God for me and I will ask the Father to give you the glory of Paradise.
3. My Jesus, I offer you for the souls of Purgatory, the bitterness you felt when they chose Barabbas, who was a criminal, instead of you, the innocent one later on, tied to a pillar, you were scourged without mercy.
Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord And let perpetual light shine upon them.
May they rest in peace. Amen. (10 times)
Holy souls of Purgatory, pray to God for me and I will ask the Father to give you the glory of Paradise.
4. My Jesus, I offer you for the souls of Purgatory, the humiliation you suffered when, treating you as a false king, they put on your shoulders a purple cloak gave you a stick for your sceptre, and crowned your head with thorns, and in this way Pilate presented you to the mob saying: Look at this man!
Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord And let perpetual light shine upon them.
May they rest in peace. Amen. (10 times)
Holy souls of Purgatory, pray to God for me and I will ask the Father to give you the glory of Paradise.
5. My Jesus, I offer you for the souls of Purgatory, the intense sorrow you felt when the mob shouted: “Crucify him!” and when the heavy burden of the cross made you stumble several times as you carried it to Mt. Calvary.
Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord And let perpetual light shine upon them.
May they rest in peace. Amen. (10 times)
Holy souls of Purgatory, pray to God for me and I will ask the Father to give you the glory of Paradise.
6. My Jesus, I offer you for the souls of Purgatory, the compassion and deep pain You felt when you were separated violently from Your beloved Mother who came to meet and embrace you on your way to Calvary.
Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord And let perpetual light shine upon them.
May they rest in peace. Amen. (10 times)
Holy souls of Purgatory, pray to God for me and I will ask the Father to give you the glory of Paradise.
7. My Jesus, I offer you for the souls of Purgatory the untold torments you endured when your bloody body was extended on the cross and they nailed your hands and feet to it, and they raised up the cross violently and planted it on a hole.
Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord And let perpetual light shine upon them.
May they rest in peace. Amen. (10 times)
Holy souls of Purgatory, pray to God for me and I will ask the Father to give you the glory of Paradise.
8. My Jesus, I offer you for the souls of Purgatory the anguish and pains that, for three hours, you endured while hanging on the cross, made more painful by your knowing that your sorrowful Mother was there beneath your cross.
Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord And let perpetual light shine upon them.
May they rest in peace. Amen. (10 times)
Holy souls of Purgatory, pray to God for me and I will ask the Father to give you the glory of Paradise.
9. My Jesus, I offer you for the souls of Purgatory the desolation that your Mother endured when she saw you dead, and when your body was lowered down from the cross and she embraced and carried your lifeless body.
Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord And let perpetual light shine upon them.
May they rest in peace. Amen. (10 times)
Holy souls of Purgatory, pray to God for me and I will ask the Father to give you the glory of Paradise.

What makes Catholicism so appealing?
1. Daily Holy Communion
2. Maintaining a pure soul through confession
3. Eucharistic adoration and blessing
4. The most accurate translation of the Catholic Bible among all Chinese Bibles. Protestant Chinese Bibles are always incomprehensible
5. Love for the Virgin Mary, reciting the Rosary, and practicing chastity. This is something most difficult to achieve in other Christian denominations.
6. The incorruptibility of saints after death.
7. Miracles after the death of saints.
8. Emphasis on the Ten Commandments
9. Emphasis on the Old Testament. Catholic catechism is a combined Old and New Testament.
10. Emphasis on inner cultivation, speaking little, asceticism, solitude, silence, and focused mind.
11. Fasting and self-denial. This is rarely achieved in other Christian religions, except for Eastern Orthodoxy.
12. The accuracy of the stories of the Apparitions of Jesus Christ.
13. Poverty of spirit and of the flesh. Many pastors of other Christian denominations are worth hundreds of millions, living in mansions and owning several cars. Catholic monks, on the other hand, are truly poor, follow the Gospel, and possess the Beatitudes.
The most important characteristic that distinguishes Catholicism from other Christian denominations is that Catholicism excels in spiritual poverty, genuine poverty, chastity, obedience to the Ten Commandments, spreading the Gospel, practicing the teachings of Jesus, purity, and self-denial.

The Miraculous Story Behind the Shoulder Wound of Jesus
The Miraculous Story Behind the Shoulder Wound of Jesus
In His Passion, Jesus Christ suffered greatly for the sins of man. He wore the crown of thorns, was scourged at the pillar, and had the Five Holy Wounds inflicted upon Him. While most Catholics know of these, few are familiar with the shoulder wound of Jesus, and the miraculous story behind its devotion.
Tradition says as Jesus walked the three miles from Pontius Pilate’s courtyard to His Crucifixion at Calvary, the Cross dug through His shoulder ripping flesh from bone. According to a pious legend, Saint Bernard of Clairvaux prayed and asked of Christ what was his greatest unknown suffering, and what wound suffered in His Passion was most painful. Christ replied to him:
“I had on My Shoulder while I bore My Cross on the Way of Sorrows, a grievous Wound which was more painful than the others, and which is not recorded by men.”
Christ asked that Saint Bernard and other members of the Faithful keep a devotion to his shoulder wound, and that those who do will receive God’s grace.
“Honor this Wound with thy devotion, and I will grant thee whatsoever thou dost ask through its virtue and merit. And in regard to all those who shall venerate this Wound, I will remit to them all their venial sins, and will no longer remember their mortal sins.”
Saint Bernard heeded Christ’s call, composing a beautiful devotional prayer to honor the shoulder wound of Our Savior:
“O Loving Jesus, Meek Lamb of God, I, a miserable sinner, salute and worship the most Sacred Wound of Thy Shoulder on which Thou didst bear Thy heavy Cross, which so tore Thy Flesh and laid bare Thy Bones as to inflict on Thee an anguish greater than any other wound of Thy Most Blessed Body. I adore Thee, O Jesus most sorrowful; I praise and glorify Thee and give Thee thanks for this most sacred and painful Wound, beseeching Thee by that exceeding pain and by the crushing burden of Thy heavy Cross, to be merciful to me, a sinner, to forgive me all my mortal and venial sins and to lead me on towards Heaven along the Way of Thy Cross. Amen.”
While Saint Bernard was the first to venerate the shoulder wound, he was not the last. Saint Padre Pio kept a devotion and also suffered the same wound himself as a stigmata. When Pope Saint John Paul II was still a priest he visited Padre Pio and asked him which wound was his most painful. Father Wojtyła expected that it was his chest wound, but the saint replied:
“It is my shoulder wound, which no one knows about and has never been cured or treated.”
Prior to his death, Padre Pio confided to Brother Modestino Fucci at his friary in San Giovanni Rotondo that his greatest pains happened when took off his shirt. At the time, Fucci believed it to be his chest wounds much like John Paul II. When he was later assigned the task of inventorying all the items inside the cell of the late Padre Pio, he noticed his undershirts had blood stains on the right shoulder.
That night, Brother Fucci prayed asking Padre Pio for a sign if he truly bore the shoulder wound of Christ. At 1 A.M., he awoke with an excruciating pain in his right shoulder and the room was filled the aroma of flowers, the sign Padre Pio’s spiritual presence, and he heard a voice call out: “This is what I had to suffer!”
神嬰小道( the little way of st Theresa)
The Little Way: St. Thérèse of Lisieux's Simple Path to Holiness
You don't have to perform extraordinary miracles.
You don't have to travel the world as a missionary.
You don't have to become famous to become a saint.
That was the beautiful message of St. Thérèse of Lisieux, the young Carmelite nun who taught the Church that the surest path to Heaven is found in the ordinary moments of daily life.
Known as "The Little Flower," St. Thérèse lived in a cloistered Carmelite convent in France and died of tuberculosis in 1897 at only 24 years old. She never preached to large crowds, founded a religious order, or performed spectacular public works. To many of the sisters around her, she seemed to live an ordinary and hidden life.
Yet after her death, the Church discovered the extraordinary holiness hidden within that ordinary life.
In her autobiography, The Story of a Soul,
St. Thérèse explained what she called "The Little Way."
She realized she was too small to climb the steep mountain of perfection through great heroic deeds alone. Instead, she discovered another path—a spiritual "elevator" that would carry little souls to God.
That elevator was complete trust in God's love and doing even the smallest actions with extraordinary love.
St. Thérèse based this spirituality on the words of Jesus:
"Unless you turn and become like little children, you will never enter the Kingdom of Heaven." (Matthew 18:3)
For her, holiness was not measured by how impressive our actions appear, but by the love with which they are done.
She carefully folded laundry.
She smiled at difficult sisters.
She performed hidden chores.
She accepted little sacrifices without complaining.
She offered every small act to Jesus as if He Himself were the one she was serving.
To the world, these were ordinary tasks.
To God, they became acts of heroic love.
The Little Way also means trusting God like a child trusts a loving father.
A child does not rely on his own strength but confidently places everything into the hands of his parents.
Likewise, St. Thérèse believed we should entrust everything to our Heavenly Father, recognizing our weakness while having complete confidence in His infinite mercy.
Living the Little Way means:
Doing ordinary duties with extraordinary love.
Accepting hidden sacrifices without seeking recognition.
Remaining humble and joyful in both success and failure.
Trusting completely in God's mercy rather than our own strength.
Loving others through small acts of kindness, patience, and forgiveness every day.
St. Thérèse beautifully summarized her spirituality when she wrote:
"Miss no single opportunity of making some small sacrifice, here by a smiling look, there by a kindly word; always doing the smallest right and doing it all for love.
Her "Little Way" transformed the Church's understanding of holiness. It showed that sainthood is not reserved for a few extraordinary people but is possible for every Christian who lovingly offers the ordinary moments of daily life to God.
Because of the depth of her spiritual wisdom, Pope St. John Paul II declared St. Thérèse of Lisieux a Doctor of the Church in 1997, even though she had lived only twenty-four years.
Her message remains as powerful today as ever:
You don't need to do great things.
You simply need to do little things with great love.
St. Thérèse of the Child Jesus and the Holy Face, pray for us. 🌹🙏✝️

The two crowns associated with St. Maximilian Kolbe refer to a famous childhood vision he experienced around the age of ten, where the Virgin Mary appeared to him holding two crowns.
The White Crown: Symbolized purity and a life of heroic virtue.
The Red Crown: Symbolized martyrdom and the willingness to sacrifice his life for his faith.
When Mary asked him if he would accept either of the crowns, Kolbe replied that he wanted both. He lived out the white crown through his lifelong devotion and priesthood, and achieved the red crown when he willingly took the place of another prisoner in the starvation bunker at the Auschwitz concentration camp in 1941

誤會

https://lovejesusandmary.blogspot.com/?m=1
https://www.facebook.com/share/g/1bmGyX4yhR/

Retirement. Solitude.
Why should we be spiritually poor?
Jesus teaches: You must not serve God and money. In the Old Testament, many people stumbled because of their love of wealth, beauty, and power. In fact, if one has detachment, one will know how to live in love with God. We should not love the world. To love the world too much is to not love God. For example: Have you followed God's commandments? Have you practiced penance by giving up certain improper enjoyments for the sake of God? Have you managed to distance yourself from the friendships of others who have badly influenced you? Have you left behind bad friends?
Friends have a profound influence on a person. It is better to have fewer friends, or even none, than to seek the friendship of many. The envy of others is a great harm to one's holiness. The Third order of the Carmelite frequently reminds members: Separate from people.Be alone. Retirement. Solitude.
True poverty begins with oneself. First, separate yourself from secular and worldly friends. Make a list for yourself: What can I give up? What can I sacrifice more for the love of God? The sacrifice here refers to a sacrifice that establishes your holiness.
I've heard a lot about loving God and loving one's neighbor. What does it mean to love God?My Priests teach me : it means loving one's neighbor. I've donated a lot and done a lot of volunteer work.
What does it mean to draw closer to God? How can I strengthen my certain virtue and abandon certain vices? Is my relationship with God limited to simply reciting the Rosary? Or is it: for Him, I offer a daily spiritual exercise: correcting one bad habit today and cultivating another virtue tomorrow?
Remember, holiness stands firm only through detachment.St. John of the Cross says in his book, " Ascent to mount Carmel" : the first step in holiness is detachment.
Rather than saying that justification is not achieved through laws, but through faith in Jesus, it's better to translate it as: The human soul, originally sinless, is saved through the promise God made at the beginning of creation: that God would send people to heaven in the future because of their steadfast purity.
This purity was lost due to original sin.
Therefore, relying on Moses laws cannot restore one's spotless purity.
Entering heaven requires the cleansing of original sin.
The soul should be like a blank sheet of paper, pure.
Therefore, by using the name of Jesus,
in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit,
original sin is washed away,
and purity is restored.
The soul is justified.
Salvation is not by law but by faith.
It means that
if one keeps the law, one will please God and have much worldly wealth—this is the promise of the Old Testament. As long as you resist temptation and do not worship evil gods, God will bless your family.
But in the New Testament era, those who believe in Jesus must bear God's burdens: poverty, chastity, asceticism, humility, hardship, purity, having nothing, and being destitute—poorer than non-believers. Therefore, people enter Heaven not by law, but by faith in Jesus.
True disciples of Jesus take up their cross, receiving no worldly rewards, yet are permitted the great wealth of eternal life.
They endure hardship. They are childless and impoverished.
I myself am not poor, but to follow the nuns, I buy what I need and spend nothing on what I don't. I live a simple life of minimalism ; though not extremely poor, I strive for simplicity.

Padre pio 30-50 rosary a day
Padre pio
I searched online today and learned:
Padre Pio only slept 2-4 hours a day, which is something we can't emulate. But we can learn from him in the following ways:
While nuns prayed 6-8 hours a day, Padre Pio prayed for over 15 hours. He recited many Rosary prayers. At least 35-50 rosaries a day. He also read and meditated on the Passion of Jesus. He sat in the confessional for over 16 hours a day. He ate very poorly, consuming very little food. Yet, he died slightly overweight.
He studied the Bible, spending many evenings reading the Old and New Testaments.
I think people today are very fortunate. There are Chinese and English rosary prayer videos on YouTube .
Pray rosary prayers while doing other things.
Learn from Padre Pio: recite more Rosary prayers and meditate on the Passion of Jesus.

importance of meditating on Jesus passion
From St Faustina diary:
Take Jesus' words to heart: “There is more merit to one hour of meditation on My sorrowful Passion than there is to a whole year of flagellation that draws blood; the contemplation of My painful wounds is of great profit to you, and it brings Me great joy” (Diary, 369)
Jesus told me that I please Him best by meditating on His sorrowful Passion, and by such meditation much light falls upon my soul” (Diary, 267). Jesus told His little bride, “There are few souls who contemplate My Passion with true feeling; I give great graces to souls who meditate devoutly on My Passion” (Diary, 737).
He said, “My daughter, meditate frequently on the sufferings which I have undergone for your sake, and then nothing of what you suffer for Me will seem great to you. You please me most when you meditate on My Sorrowful Passion. Join your little sufferings to My Sorrowful Passion, so that they may have infinite value before My Majesty” (Diary, 1512).
St Augustine assures us that there is no spiritual exercise more fruitful or more useful for our salvation than to think frequently about the sufferings of our Lord.
St Albert the Great, who taught St. Thomas Aquinas, learned in a revelation that by simply thinking of or meditating on the Passion of Jesus Christ Christians can gain more merit than if they had fasted on bread and water every Friday for a whole year, or had beaten themselves with their discipline once a week till the blood flowed, or had said the whole book of psalms every day

Jesus, Mary, I love you, save souls!
