就從最小的東西開始。 及記住最大的誡命是愛主愛人。
邪淫都有愛的成份， 但只是歪曲的愛人， 及完全不愛天主
首先愛天主， 然後愛人。
天主喜歡純潔，你做好純潔才走向愛人的道路吧
若連自身的貞潔都無就走向愛人， 只會犯下大罪和最後背叛天主。
最小的犧牲： 吃喝方面， 日用品方面
愛主愛人： 從祈禱、 幫助人， 以至乎大到為天主受迫害、 身體受苦不埋怨不憎恨天主
當你生命中出現各種病痛和不如意， 你不要吃驚， 所有最大聖人都有， 除非他是普通聖人就少許多苦受。
但基本的食物營養必須有， 不是要自找苦吃然後有病就話自己是大聖人。
守齋： 跟教會大小齋和medjugorje 守齋。 Medjugorje 守齋一週二天夠了。 要有足夠營養。
當有痛苦跌倒了， 不要以為你無可能成聖。 只要你繼續求， 繼續站起來， 天主比你自己更想你成聖

Want to become a Greatest saint? Start with the smallest things. And remember the greatest commandment: love God and love your neighbor.

Love God and love your neighbor: from prayer, helping others, to even the great act of being persecuted for God, suffering physical pain without complaint or hatred towards God.
When you experience various illnesses and misfortunes in your life, don't be surprised; all the greatest saints experience them, unless they are ordinary saints who suffer much less.
But basic nutrition is essential; don't deliberately suffer and then say that you are a greatest saint when you're sick.
Fasting: Observe the fasts and abstinence rules of the catholic Church and the medjugorje fasting. Medjugorje fasting is sufficient for two days a week. Adequate nutrition is essential.
When you stumble and fall in pain, don't think you can't become sanctified. As long as you continue to ask and keep getting up, God wants you to become a saint even more than you do yourself.
Sanctification requires reading the Bible. The five books of Moses and the Prophets books of the Old Testament, and the Gospels of the New Testament, are essential reading.
Even Mary, the Mother of God, was made holy by reading these and listening to the teachings of Jesus.
