實貧

 為什麼我們要實貧呢？

耶穌教： 你不可服侍天主又服侍金錢。 在舊約， 許多人因愛財愛美色愛權力而跌倒。 其實人若果有超脫（ detachment) , 就會懂得用愛天主而生活。 我們不應該愛世俗。 太過愛世俗就等於不愛天主。 什麼是太過份？ 例如： 天主誡命你有跟嗎？ 為愛天主放棄某些不正當享受你有克苦過嗎？ 從被別人感染而抽離他的友誼你有做到嗎？ 你有離開壞朋友嗎？

朋友， 是影響一個人深遠。 寧願少朋友， 甚至無， 而不求大夥人的友誼。 別人的妒忌， 對自己的聖德， 是好大傷害。聖衣會第三會時常教會員： 離開人！ 獨處！ Retirement. Solitude.

真正的實貧是從自己開始。 首先離開世俗朋友。 然後列一清單： 我什麼可以捨棄， 什麼可以為愛天主更多的犧牲。 這裏的犧牲是指會立聖德的犧牲。愛主愛人我聽得多。 什麼是愛主？ 神父教， 愛人。 我做了許多奉獻、 義工。 什麼是拉近我和天主關係？ 我的優點缺點。 怎樣才遠離人而加強自己某種聖德、 捨棄某種劣性？ 我和天主的關係是只唸玫瑰經？ 而還是：我為祂， 一天一神花， 今天打自己此惡習， 明天修這美德？

記住， 聖德是要從超脫才站得住。 聖十字若望在攀登加爾默羅山一書寫明， 爬上聖德的山， 第一步是捨棄， 超脫.

Why should we be spiritually poor?

Jesus teaches: You must not serve God and money. In the Old Testament, many people stumbled because of their love of wealth, beauty, and power. In fact, if one has detachment, one will know how to live in love with God. We should not love the world. To love the world too much is to not love God.  For example: Have you followed God's commandments? Have you practiced penance by giving up certain improper enjoyments for the sake of God? Have you managed to distance yourself from the friendships of others who have badly influenced you? Have you left behind bad friends?

Friends have a profound influence on a person. It is better to have fewer friends, or even none, than to seek the friendship of many. The envy of others is a great harm to one's holiness. The Third order of the Carmelite  frequently reminds members: Separate from people.Be alone. Retirement. Solitude.

True poverty begins with oneself. First, separate yourself from secular and worldly friends. Make a list for yourself: What can I give up? What can I sacrifice more for the love of God? The sacrifice here refers to a sacrifice that establishes your holiness.

 I've heard a lot about loving God and loving one's neighbor. What does it mean to love God?My Priests teach me : it means loving one's neighbor. I've donated a lot and done a lot of volunteer work.

 What does it mean to draw closer to God?  How can I  strengthen my certain virtue and abandon certain vices? Is my relationship with God limited to simply reciting the Rosary? Or is it: for Him, I offer a daily spiritual exercise: correcting one bad habit today and cultivating another virtue tomorrow?

Remember, holiness stands firm only through detachment.St. John of the Cross says in his book, " Ascent to mount Carmel" : the first step in  holiness is detachment.

人憑信德成義？

 其實

人成義不是由法律

而是由信耶穌得救

不如譯成

人的靈魂變成原本無罪而獲享天主創世之初答應給人的那種奬賞：在未來， 即生活在樂園一段時間後，天主會讓人上天堂，因為他的堅守純潔，

這種純潔卻因原罪而失去

所以靠梅瑟法律 是無法變回無玷純潔

而進天堂是需要洗去原罪

靈魂如同白紙純潔

所以運用耶穌的名

因父及子及聖神之名受洗

就洗去原罪

回復純潔

靈魂成義

而人得救不是憑法律而是信德是指

人若守法律

必得天主歡心

有許多世上財富

這是舊約的許諾

只要你歷盡誘惑也不拜邪神

天主必祝福你家室

但在新約時代

信耶穌的人要背起神貧實貧貞潔禁慾謙遜磨難純潔一無所有一貧如洗， 比非教友生活更貧窮。 

所以人進天堂不是靠法律，而是靠信耶穌

信耶穌的真正門徒是背起十字架， 沒有現世的賞報， 卻被允許， 永生的大財富。

耶穌說， 貧窮的人是有福的

神貧的人是有福的

聖女大德蘭教人聖德的第一步就是實貧， 超脫（ 不愛世俗享受）和謙遜.

所以新約和舊約天主給人的規範、 誡命是不同的。 有相同的： 不可犯罪。 所以聖教會堅持十誡。天主教教理已是舊約梅瑟五書、 先知書和四福音的誡命總和。 信從天主教教理已是行舊約的成聖法律， 和新約的耶穌教的成全完滿誡命。新約解除的舊約法律， 舊約的那些誡命不必再守。 新約堅持的舊約法律， 舊約的堅持要守。 修道人的神貧貞潔服從對每一個成義的天主教徒也應如此行。 就是： 應服從聖教會對舊約的理解， 也應遵守教會對新約的詮釋。 

梅瑟的法律要看。 但不用跟全部。 例如現在的天主教徒也造天主聖三聖像；也會用麥麵餅轉化成耶穌身體供信友參拜。 在舊約是不准許。 人不可設偶像。

舊約也要求每天殺許多牛在祭壇。 新約耶穌教：只需奉獻餅酒已足夠。

所以看舊約是提醒我們聖潔的生活。新約是成全法律， 令法律更完美。我們絕不可注重新約而不再理會舊約的

每一個天主教家庭也應放一本天主教教理在家。 時常閱讀， 加深對十誡的服從。

Rather than saying that justification is not achieved through laws, but through faith in Jesus, it's better to translate it as: The human soul, originally sinless, is saved through the promise God made at the beginning of creation: that God would send people to heaven in the future because of their steadfast purity.

This purity was lost due to original sin.

Therefore, relying on Moses laws cannot restore one's spotless purity.

Entering heaven requires the cleansing of original sin.

The soul should be like a blank sheet of paper, pure.

Therefore, by using the name of Jesus,

in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit,

original sin is washed away,

and purity is restored.

The soul is justified.

Salvation is not by law but by faith.

It means that

if one keeps the law, one will please God and have much worldly wealth—this is the promise of the Old Testament. As long as you resist temptation and do not worship evil gods, God will bless your family.

But in the New Testament era, those who believe in Jesus must bear God's burdens: poverty, chastity, asceticism, humility, hardship, purity, having nothing, and being destitute—poorer than non-believers. Therefore, people enter Heaven not by law, but by faith in Jesus.

True disciples of Jesus take up their cross, receiving no worldly rewards, yet are permitted the great wealth of eternal life.

They endure hardship. They are childless and  impoverished.

I myself am not poor, but to follow the nuns, I buy what I need and spend nothing on what I don't. I live a simple life of minimalism ; though not extremely poor, I strive for simplicity.

Padre pio 30-50 rosary a day

Padre pio 每天只睡2-4 小時， 這點學不到他。 但以下可學習他：

默觀修女一天祈禱6-8 小時， padre pio 祈禱高達15 小時以上。 他唸許多玫瑰經， 一天唸35-50 串。他也看默想耶穌苦難的聖書。 他坐在告解亭超過16 小時一天。 他吃得很差。 他只吃很少東西。 但他死時仍稍胖， 是奇蹟。他研究聖經， 晚上許多時間用在看新舊約聖經。

我覺得現在的人很幸福， 打開YouTube, 有中英文rosary prayer. 一邊做事一邊pray rosary . 學習padre pio 多唸玫瑰經和默想耶穌苦難

I searched online today and learned:

Padre Pio only slept 2-4 hours a day, which is something we can't emulate. But we can learn from him in the following ways:

While nuns prayed 6-8 hours a day, Padre Pio prayed for over 15 hours. He recited many Rosary prayers. At least 35-50 rosaries a day. He also read and meditated on the Passion of Jesus. He sat in the confessional for over 16 hours a day. He ate very poorly, consuming very little food. Yet, he died slightly overweight. 

He studied the Bible, spending many evenings reading the Old and New Testaments.

I think people today are very fortunate.  There are Chinese and English rosary prayer videos on YouTube .

Pray rosary prayers while doing other things.

 Learn from Padre Pio: recite more Rosary prayers and meditate on the Passion of Jesus.
